What it trades.

Deep, liquid markets where orders fill cleanly.

Index funds and micro futures

Nasdaq-100 and S&P 500 exposure through QQQ and SPY, and through their micro futures, MNQ and MES.

A diversifying basket

Gold, bonds, commodities and the dollar, held for balance so the system is never tied to a single market.

Only the most liquid

It sticks to the most-traded funds and futures, so orders fill at the prices you expect.

Simple to use.

A few minutes a day. The system does the watching.

  1. Set your account size.Tell O8Auto how much you’re trading. Every order is sized to your account.
  2. Open tonight’s sheet.Shortly before the US close, O8Auto reads the market and writes the day’s orders in plain words.
  3. Place the orders.Enter them with your own broker. It takes a couple of minutes, and nothing is ever sent without you.
  4. Let it check itself. After the close, O8Auto re-checks every decision against official prices and tells you if anything looks off.

Safety, even when you’re not watching.

Automation should come with brakes. O8Auto’s safety systems work around the clock, so you don’t have to watch the screen.

  • Automatic loss limitsA daily loss limit and a drawdown limit are built in. If either is reached, the system stops adding risk and only reduces positions until it has been reviewed.
  • A kill switchOne action stops all trading at once.
  • Fresh-price checksEvery decision checks that prices are current, and each one is compared with the official close afterwards.
  • A daily order capA cap on the number of orders in a day, so a fault can’t snowball.
  • Only deep, liquid marketsIt trades the most-traded funds and futures, where orders fill cleanly.
  • You stay in controlO8Auto never touches your broker account. You place the orders, so you’re always in charge.

Made for small accounts and large ones.

O8Auto sizes every order to your account, using whole micro-futures contracts and fund shares to fill the gap. The same rules work whether you start with a few thousand dollars or run something far bigger.

Historical simulation. O8Auto figures apply the written rules to 25 September 2006 to 16 October 2026 with modelled trading costs, against QQQ bought and held. The rules were built on data up to 31 December 2015; 2016 onward are years they had never seen, and the “since 2016” figures cover 4 January 2016 to 16 October 2026. Sharpe ratio is annual return divided by annual volatility, with no risk-free rate subtracted. Worst fall is measured from daily closing values. Simulations are produced with the benefit of hindsight and are not the result of trading real money. Live results will differ. Past results do not predict future returns. See Disclosures and risk.
